Gibbons Divorce Document Released.

Nevada First Lady Dawn Gibbons has accused Governor Jim Gibbons of having two affairs during their 26 year marraige. The information is contained in the divorce documents filed in Reno. The governor claims he was nothing more than friends with the two women, who are both married to northern Nevada doctors.

During his campaign for governor, Gibbons was accused of assulting a woman in a parking garage in Las Vegas after an evening of drinking. The "Chrissy Mazzio" story was a big one during his successful run for governor. No charges were ever filed.

Governor Gibbons had tried to keep the records sealed.

Gibbons is past the midway point of his first term as governor. Republicans are already lining up to challenge him in the primary if he plans to run again, most notable, North Las Vegas Mayor Michael Montandon.
